Holiday Season

Wishing everyone a gentle and peaceful holiday season. 

For many, today is filled with connection and celebration, and for others, it can bring heaviness, grief, loneliness, or overwhelm.

If today feels heavy:

• It’s okay to set limits.

• It’s okay to take breaks from family dynamics.

• It’s okay if your day doesn’t look “picture-perfect.”

• It’s okay to feel joy and sadness at the same time.

A few grounding reminders for the day:

• Step outside and take a breath of fresh air

• Reach out for support

• Cold exposure (cold shower, splash cold water on your face, drink cold water, etc.)

• Practice self compassion

Wherever today finds you, I hope you’re able to take a moment to breathe, ground, and offer yourself compassion.
